Wish List Wednesday

Hello Wish List Wednesday!

First off, WLW is hosted by Dani over at the wonderful blog Pen to Paper.  The purpose of said meme?  To showcase one of the many books on our very own wish list or TBR pile as the case may be.  For rules on how to participate with WLW, just head on over to the above link and follow the rules.  It's that easy.

Jude Deveraux’s bestselling trilogy of Edilean, the small Virginia town where the surprising destinies of three college friends wait to be discovered, continues with this enchanting new novel. After being abruptly jilted, Sophie Kincaid flees to the place her friend Kim Aldredge calls heaven on earth. But Sophie’s first taste of Edilean is far from heavenly: after her car breaks down on a country road, she is nearly run over by a speeding sports car. A small act of revenge brings some satisfaction, and word quickly spreads that a gorgeous newcomer gave the driver, the notoriously bitter Dr. Reede Aldredge, a dressing down! But it isn’t the first time the fiery artist has gone too far for payback; a secret possession she carries with her could shatter her ex-boyfriend’s future. Reede Aldredge has secrets, too, including a desire to get closer to the beauty who is turning his dark world upside down. Under the night skies, their masquerade is magic—but will it turn to dust by the light of day?

I absolutely adore Jude Deveraux!  I can very well say I have read every one of her early books.  Oh, how I loved them! And the last thing I read before her departure was of her personal family tragedy, but that was years ago now.  I am so glad she is back, and although she isn't writing her gripping historical's I am still in anticipation of reading her new work.

And although Moonlight Masquerade will be the third in the moonlight series, and I have not read the first two I am still wishing to read anything by her.  Look for it to come out sometime early next year.

Moonlight Masquerade will be my first Deveraux I have read in this century.  I am just so excited!!
