I adored this book. Mazi MacGuire is funny, independent, she knows what she wants, and she goes after it come hell or high water. The perfect chick lit heroine.

After escaping prison during a freak tornado, Mazi decides to find her husband’s real killer just like her favorite movie escapee. What she doesn’t plan on is adding on to her single entourage with a yappy dog, a handsome electrician, and two Mexican teenage boys. Add to that the media coverage of her escape and subsequent fan base, and you’ve got one hell of a reason to stay out from behind a locked cage and find who your real friends are when the going gets tough.
