Review & Giveaway: Blind Attraction by Eden Summers

Blind Attraction
(Reckless Beat #1)

He can seduce with a single glance.

Peering down at a sea of fans, rock star, Mitchell Davies can’t deny the innocent beauty of a woman in the front row. He’ll stop at nothing to get to know her. When a public altercation leaves her weak and defenseless, he takes the opportunity to be her savior.

She’s been sheltered from the world.

Alana Shelton wants to spread her wings and experience life away from her restrictive upbringing. But she isn’t prepared for a gorgeous stranger to sweep her off her feet while at her most vulnerable.

Attraction will bring them together, but their pasts will try to tear them apart.

He wants to teach her how to trust, but she’ll show him how to love. In a glamorous world of rock-and-roll, only time will tell if they’re up for the challenge.
Blind Attraction was exactly how it was for me reading this book.  Eden Summers had created an unkown attraction within me as I flipped page after page until the very last page, and then I could see clearly why I fell in love with the first in this new series called Reckless Beat.

Review

Reading Reckless Beat brought me back to when I was at a local concert and I fell in love with the sole act-Tommy Page.

Aww, man!  Memories…

I was transplanted into a world where I was Alana Shelton and Mitchell Davis was Jonathon Knight.

I know, I know.  I’m skipping concerts, but that’s the way my mind works.

Of course, I didn’t temporarily loose my eyesight; And that’s what I loved about this book.  I was looking for that special twist that would give me an undeniable reason to keep reading.

This was my first foray into concert themed romance, I didn’t think it could be done right since all concerts and singers ever have are young, screaming monsters throwing whatever up on stage.  But Eden Summers took this romance between a public figure and a woman who has yet to experience all life has to offer and made the chemistry sizzle off the page.

I mean literally.  The sex was…unbelievable.

It was…it was good.

It was more than good.

Mitchell Davis is the best kind of hero, who will drop anything and everything for Alana and protects her with everything he has.

This was my first Eden Summers book, and already I can’t wait to read more of her; especially the next in this amazing series.
